You have the option to purchase our tea in branded packaging or loose, as per your preference. Payment and Shipping Details:- For bulk shipments via truck, advance payment is required. – Please ensure that you provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. – For courier shipments, we offer cash-on-delivery (COD) services. We can send parcels of up to 23 kg via Pakistan Post, with economical shipping rates. However, please note that courier rates are higher compared to truck shipments. Important Notes: 1. Order Confirmation: Please be certain of your order before confirming. In the event that a buyer changes their mind after placing an order and refuses to accept the delivery, the buyer will be held responsible for the courier charges incurred. Additionally, future orders from such buyers will require advance payment. 2. Parcel Weight: To optimize shipping costs, we do not ship exact 1 kg or 2 kg parcels. Instead, we ship 950 grams or 1900 grams. This is because the inclusion of packaging materials increases the total weight of the parcel, which would result in higher courier charges (e.g., a 1 kg parcel with packaging would be charged as 2 kg by the courier service).
